Free Standard Shipping on purchases of $75 or more is valid online only. Order usually arrives in 3-7 business days. Offer based on merchandise total and does not include taxes or any additional charges. Offer not valid on international orders Additional fees apply for expedited shipping by UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS overnight. All orders will be sent to one shipping destination. Offer cannot be redeemed for cash.

All orders are processed by Dr. Michelle Copeland Skin Care within one business day. The remainder of the delivery time is carrier transit.
International Orders:
International shipments are based on weight and fees are calculated at checkout. Please select the international shipping option at checkout. All international orders are sent using USPS Global Priority Mail.
AutoShip Orders:
When you place an AutoShip Order:
1) The items in your AutoShip order will be shipped to you now, and then regularly thereafter: you can choose to receive it every 60 or 90 days.
2) You can always make changes to your address or credit card, or you may cancel your AutoShip order by calling: (866) 833-SKIN or (866) 833-7546.
3) Your credit card will be billed the total cost for one shipment at the time the order is shipped.
4) You will always be charged the current price of an item in your AutoShip order, even if the item's price increases in the future.
5) Each shipment of your AutoShip order will be sent using UPS Ground Shipment. Shipping for AutoShip orders is FREE! within the US.
6) International autoshipments are charged at a discounted rate of $9.99 per order and will be sent using USPS Global Priority Mail.
7) Coupons do not apply to AutoShip orders.
Returns:
We are happy to accept returns of any product, for any reason, up to 30 days after the original sale with proof of purchase. We will refund the product purchase price but cannot refund the shipping charge. Please follow these instructions to ensure prompt refund:
Please include a copy of the original receipt with your return.
Product must be at least 75% full.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred in sending the product back.
